Perhaps the Disciples Who Have Been Successful - like the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) at the time of Jesus (peace be upon Him), perhaps They can help us finish the job that we came here to do 8-10.For As The Last Commandment - Jesus (peace be upon Him) teaches us that we must "Love our brother and sister as ourselves", and "Treat Them as He has treated us", that is, "A new Commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are My disciples, if ye have love one to another" (John: 13-34 & 35) 9-0. The World of Truth - is to love and trust only in God within us, and in this way, it is to move into, to become a member of, this 73rd group within us, before we die, that is, to do this while we are still living in the world on the "outside" of us, that is, to do this before we die to the world on the "outside" of us, because after we die to the world on the "outside" of us it is too late, it is too late to do this divine work within us, this "Heart's Work" within us, and in this way, and like the first 70 groups within us, this 73rd group within us also avoids judgment, avoiding the "suffering of the grave" within us, and Qiyamah within us, which is the final day of judgment of the 71st and 72nd groups within us, because they have already chosen heaven within us, they have already by their qualities and actions decided on heaven for eternity within us, they have already established an eternal life of "Oneness with" God within us, for when they die, and in this way, they have become one of those living in heaven both here and in the next world. Amen 9-1. The 73 Groups Within All Human Lives - provides a simple explanation of "Why we are here", the "True danger of being here", and "True success" before we die 10. So What Are We To Do? - if we didn't get it right the first time around So what are we to do, since all of Them have now left the world? Since all of the 124,000 Prophets, Heavenly Beings, and Lights of God, have left the world, except for a few very special heavenly beings that remain eternally in the world. Well that is a very good question. However, Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) left us a few clues, as did Jesus (peace be upon Him) before Him. For example, in the age of Jesus (peace be upon Him), at the end of the "Gospel of John", in Chapter 21, Jesus (peace be upon Him) perhaps is telling us, in His reprimand of Simon Peter (peace be upon Him), for going back to the life of a fisherman rather than becoming His Light to the world, saying three times to him, "Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me? Suggesting that perhaps not all of His 12 disciples had gotten it right, and had become "One with" Him, before His leaving the world. And in His final comments, in Chapter 21, verse 20, to Simon Peter (peace be upon Him), when Simon Peter (peace be upon Him) asked Jesus (peace be upon Him) about the fate of the 13th Disciple of Jesus (peace be upon Him), about Barnabus (peace be upon Him), Jesus (peace be upon Him) suggests in this exchange the exalted state that Barnabus (peace be upon Him) had obtained before the leaving of Jesus (peace be upon Him) from the world, ------------ beginning of the Quote from the "Gospel of John" (21:20-25) -------- "Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple who Jesus loved following; (the same disciple) which also (had) leaned on His breast (on the breast of Jesus) at the (last) supper, and (had) said (at that time), Lord, which is he that betrayeth Thee? Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man (Barnabus) do? Jesus saith unto him, If I will that He (Barnabus) tarry till I come, what is that to thee? Follow thou Me. Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple (Barnabus) should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, he shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? This is the disciple (Barnabus) which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen." ----------------- end of the Quote from the "Gospel of John" (21:20-25) --------------- In this way, suggesting that perhaps only the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) had done it correctly, had become "One with" Jesus (peace be upon Him) before Jesus (peace be upon Him) left the world, becoming the "One loved by Jesus", becoming the one whom Jesus (peace be upon Him) will tell to tarry (stay alive) until Jesus (peace be upon Him) comes again, but this time as the Prophet Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him). In order to finish what He had started earlier, that is, to reveal the 8th heaven within the 7th heaven, to reveal Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) within Jesus (peace be upon Him), with the 8th heaven being the kingdom of God built and opened by Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him), and to reveal the "Secret World of Allah" within the 8th heaven, which is True Prayer, the "prayer of the One to the One who Is", which is the result of Muhammad's (blessing and peace be upon Him) 20 year journey of Mi'raj, where He meets and speaks directly to God. 8-9. Perhaps The Disciples Who Have Been Successful - like the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) at the time of Jesus (peace be upon Him), perhaps They can help us finish the job that we came here to do So perhaps it is the Disciples who have been successful in becoming "One with" the "Gift of God" for their age, that can help us finish the job that we came here to do, in this way becoming themselves the "Gift of God" for their age, even after the "Original Gift of God" for their age has left the world on the "outside" of us. For example, after the following "Original Gifts of God" left the world, like Jesus (peace be upon Him) over 2000 years ago, or Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) over 1400 years ago, or Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani (may God be please with Him) over 1000 years ago, and now His Holiness, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (peace be upon Him) in our age. In this way, now leaving it up to the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us) to finish the work "outside" of us, of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and of God within Him, which is to finish the "outside" work started in our age by His Holiness, and by God within Him, which is to move all of the Lights of God in our age into the 73rd group within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, that is, into the "World of Truth" within us, in this way, becoming "One with" His Holiness within us, and with God within Him, before His Holiness left the world. Only then has our life become truly successful, before we die, only then has our wisdom truly reasoned over our fate, only then have the qualities of our higher selves been truly victorious over the qualities of our lower selves. For as Bawa teaches us in the beautiful discourse, "How to Merge With The Guru", that He gave to us on April 26, 1972, "And then you must hand over your soul, your body, and everything that you have to the Guru, and you must take on (the form of the Guru) - your body must become the form of the Guru, the body of the Guru, and your soul must be the Guru Himself". And in the larger context in the same discourse, Bawa tells us, "It is only when you hold onto a Guru, and rest on the Guru, that you can develop your own wisdom and grace. You must take your heart and merge that heart with the heart of the Guru, and you must take all of your responsibilities and hand it over to the Guru as His responsibilities". "And then you must hand over your soul, your body, and everything that you have to the Guru, and you must take on (the form of the Guru) - your body must become the form of the Guru, the body of the Guru, and your soul must be the Guru Himself". "Only when you have surrendered your entire responsibility to the Guru, will it be possible for you to merge with the Guru, and become One with the Guru". So perhaps it is the Disciples who have been successful at this, who have truly done this "Heart's Work" in partnership with God within us, that is, who have managed to do this in our age in partnership with Bawa within us, and with God within Him, before His Holiness physically left the world on the "outside" of us, and perhaps for those who truly did this "Heart's Work" before His Holiness physically left us, we can now use Them to finish the job that God started within each of us, even before we were born into this earth world or dunya, in this way, truly joining with Them now, becoming "One with" Them now, and with God within Them, with the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of us), and with God within Them, as some of us have tried to join with Bawa before, when He was still with us in the world, but failed. And for those of us who have never physically met Bawa, perhaps joining now as "One with" His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) is how we can now meet and join as "One with" Bawa within us, and as "One with" God within Him, in this way, through His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), joining as "One with" the "Gift of God" for our age, always remembering that God within us is always the One who is actually doing the work, through His grace, and wisdom, and ''ilm or divine knowledge within us. Always remembering that our work is faith, allowing God to do everything else. Amen. Perhaps this is the way to be successful now in our life, before we too die to the world on the "outside" of us. In this way, perhaps the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) finished the "outside" work started by Jesus (peace be upon Him) over 2000 years ago, for example, with Jesus (peace be upon Him), who conquered the world and who had control over the flesh, allowing Barnabus (peace be upon Him) as "One with" Him to live for over 600 year, so He could give the love and greetings of Jesus (peace be upon Him) to Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) on the "outside" of him, or said in another way, so He could perhaps (John: 21-22), "Tarry till I come (again as Muhammad [blessing and peace be upon Him])". Perhaps this is how it really worked then, at the time of Jesus (peace be upon Him) and His Disciples living in the world, and how it really works now, in our age, at the time of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) and His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) living in the world. With this again requiring a major "Step of faith and trust in God" by each of us to actually do this, that is, to see Them and use Them in this way, in our age, that is, to start to see and use His Children, the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us) in this way, as the major resource of God for our age, as the "Gift of God" for our age, as the life and teaching of God for our age. Perhaps requiring even a greater "Step of faith and trust in God" by us than that which was required to accept Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) in that role, that is, to actually start to seek out and join with the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) as the "Gift of God" for our age, seeing and treating Them as Those now provided by God to do this service to everyone now living in the world, if that be our true intention. That is, if our true intention is not to become just "Righteous" and talk about God, and about Jesus (peace be upon Him), and about Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him), and about Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him), and now in our age, to just talk about our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), but that our true intention is to become "One with" God within us, by becoming "One with" Bawa within us, and with God within Him, by first becoming "One with" His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), who are still living on the "outside" of us, and to do this before we die to the world on the "outside" of us. That is, this time, which could be our last time, to do whatever is required. Even if it now means, if having missed the chance with the Father, on the "outside" of us, with our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), to at least do it now with His Children, with the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us) on the "outside" of us, that is, to truly accept Them as having truly been successful on the "Path of God" before the leaving of His Holiness from the world, to truly accept Them as truly having become "One with" Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within Them, and with God within Him, before He left the world, as perhaps the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) did before Jesus (peace be upon Him) left the world, and in this way start to treat Them, that is, the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us), and use Them in this manner. Perhaps They, joined as "One with" us, and with Bawa within us, and with God within Him, and us joined as "One with" Them, can help us finish the job that God started with each of us a very, very long time ago, which is to reveal God to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, and do this before we too leave the world on the "outside" of us, for perhaps now They can truly help us, truly help us become "One with" God within us, before we too die to the "outside" of us, if that now be our true intention. May we all think about this a little. At least it is something to think about. And His Holiness Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) suggests that this is true, in the following discourse by His Holiness, that after He dies that His Children should take on that role, that, "(For) other children who may come and see you (after the Guru has left the world). Then it is your duty to take them, and hand them over to the Guru. So that they will also find their own salvation". In this way, His Holiness suggests that His Disciples, His Children (may God be pleased with each of us) will be able to do this, after He has physically left the world. And He tells us this in the beautiful discourse "How to Merge With The Guru", that He gave to us on April 26, 1972, where in a larger context, His Holiness tell us, --------- beginning of Quotation from Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (4/26/72) --------------- "You have a Guru. You are very lucky to have a Guru, and you are very lucky to have a very perfect Guru. He may be in this world for some more time. (And) I request that you, even later, ever after that, (that you help) other children who may come and see you. Then it is your duty to take them, and hand them over to the Guru. So that they will also find their own salvation. The Guru that you have in this world could be the only Guru. And even if you do not know who this Guru is now, once you have handed over your entire responsibility to the Guru, then perhaps you may come to know who the Guru is in fact. But to see that Guru, you have to have that firm determination and certitude. He will not search for your help. He will not search for the help of the disciples. All that He will search for or perform are God's duties, and God's commandments. He doesn't want your food. He doesn't want your things. He doesn't want what you have. Whatever He says, since He is not there, since He is not learned, will come from somewhere else. Whatever He says comes from somewhere else. He will speak only when that vibration of the sound comes, and He will not speak at any time without the permission, without the voice of God, asking Him to speak. And for every word that He says there will be four or five other witnesses to the words that He speaks. It is like that. By this shall all men know that ye are My disciples, if ye have love one to another" (John: 13-34 & 35) In Chapter 13 of the "Gospel of John" Jesus starts to explain His last commandment to His disciples, telling them that as part of preparing them for His leaving them, for His being pulled out of our "outside" by God within us, that now, especially now, with Him leaving them, that they must become love, they must become "One with" each other, they must start to treat each other as He has treated them, as "One with" Him, and as "One with" God within Him, they must "Love thy brother and sister as thy self", for without that, without that true love, that true "Oneness with" within them, then God has no place for them within Himself. For without doing at least that, without establishing at least this truth of "Oneness" within themselves, as reflected in their own qualities and actions toward each other, before we die, then nothing else of God can follow, nothing else of God can come within us. Without this "true love", this true "Oneness" with God within them, and with each other on the "outside" of them, then everything else we do in our life is just drama, is just ego, is just selfishness, no matter how exalted we may think it might be in our ignorance, for example, like our talking to people about the life and teaching of Jesus (peace be upon Him), over 2000 years ago, or about the life and teaching of Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him), over 1400 years ago, or about the life and teaching of Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him), over 1000 years ago, or in our age, talking about the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us). For as Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us in the beautiful children's book of wisdom, "Come To The Secret Garden", and as provided as a quotation from His Holiness, in the "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship Calendar" for 1991, for the month of August, just talking is not enough, for, "The right path is truth, the wisdom (or consciousness) of truth. This is not something that we can just talk about, we must bring it into our actions. Talking about something is one thing, but doing it is another. You have to act upon the truth." "Nothing will happen just from talking, whether the words come from you or from a man of wisdom. In the same way that the ink from your pen sticks to a piece of paper, your actions must stick to your words. It is easy to talk about wisdom but you have to hold on and stick to it." "Learn only that which can never be erased. Do not bother learning anything that can be erased. That kind of learning is like writing on water. You write, but a second late, it disappears, and there is no way of knowing what was written". "You will never be able to benefit from that kind of learning, and neither will anyone else. Think about this. What you learn must be firmly established (within you), and printed (within you) in a way that will stick. Only if you stay with the Shaikh will you be able to do this." 9-0. The World of Truth - is to love and trust only in God within us, and to do this while we are still living in the world on the "outside" of us, that is, to do this before we physically die to the world on the "outside" of us. Amen So, perhaps if we search through all of the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us), which includes all of the Children of Jesus (peace be upon Him), living in our age, and all of the Children of Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him), living in our age, and all of the Children of Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him), living in our age, as well as the all of the other Children of God living in our age, no matter what they may call the religious group they new belong to, for example, Hindu, Zoroastrian, or Jew, because in truth if our intention is to become "One with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, by worshipping God as "One with" all of their brothers and sisters, which is everyone living in our age. And to stop worshipping God as "separate from" God, as "separate from" each other or from any other group, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within us, if this be our true intention then in truth we are the Children of God (may God be pleased with each of Us) for our age, who have already become "One with" God within us through this intention, whether we realize it or not. So perhaps like this, if we will find someone who is still living in the world with us and who as gotten it right, gotten it right before Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) left the world on the "outside" of us, like the Disciple Barnabus (peace be upon Him) perhaps did before Jesus (peace be upon Him) left the world, and in this way, They can still help us become "One with" God within us, help us remove the "sin of righteousness" within us, help us realize the truth of who "We already are", before we die to the "outside" of us. And help us realize the "Truth of God and True Man" hidden within the truth of "Who we already are", allowing "Truth to surrender to Truth" within us, so like the apple seed buried within the earth we can germinate, we can die to the "outside" of us before we die, and in this way reveal the "Tree of God" hidden within us within the Creation of God within us, which is True Man, Perfected Man or Insan Kamil, the state of Man-God where Man and God are One, and the "Fruit of That Tree" the state of God-Man, where God and Man are One, and to do all of this before we die to the "outside" of us. Amen. That is, to find and join in partnership with Those still living with us who have already fallen into the "Truth of Us", which is God within us, and the "Truth of God" within us, which is "Us" within God within us, to help us remove the "Sin of Righteousness" within us, where we perhaps think that we are doing it right, that we are doing what Jesus (peace be upon Him) told us to do, or what Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) told us to do, or what Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him) told us to do, or now in our age, we are doing what our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) told us to do, but in truth we still want both. In truth we still trust and love both, both God and the world on the "outside" of us, we are still members of the 71st and 72nd groups of men within us, and as a result we have not yet moved into the 73rd group within us, the group within us who only trust and love in God within us, the group within us who are already living in heaven within us, even though they are still living in the world on the "outside" of us, the group for whom their is no judgment after they die because they have already gone to judgment before they died to the world on the "outside" of us. (Note: these 73 groups form within all human beings as we grow into the world, and the characteristics of the first 72 groups, and the work of moving into the 73rd group before we die to the "outside" of us, is explained in the next Topic, that is, Topic 9-1, "The 73 Groups Within All Human Lives". Thank you) In this way, perhaps They, the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us), can still help us make this final transformation of spirit, from the impure soul within us to the pure soul within us, joined as "One with" God within us, before we die to the world on the "outside" of us. And in this way, truly removing the "Sin of Righteousness" within us, before we die to the world on the "outside" of us, by opening up the "world of truth" within us, where we are already living in the 8 heavens within us, and we are already living in the "Secret World of Allah" within this 8th heaven within us, within the kingdom of God within us, in the state of True Prayer within us, the "prayer of the One to the One who Is" within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, and in this way, we have already become "One with" God within us, by becoming "One with" the 124,000 Prophets, Heavenly Beings, and Lights of God within us, by becoming "One with" True Prayer within us, where in truth we only love and trust in God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us. Amen. 9-1. The 73 Groups Within All Human Lives - provides a simple explanation of "Where we are", the "True danger of living here", and the meaning of "True success" in our life, before we die to the "outside" of us For as Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us on page 12, in Chapter 01, "Signs of Spiritual Significance", in the beautiful book of wisdom, "The Pearl of Wisdom", we must join in partnership with God within us, in order to move us from the 71st and 72nd groups within us, from the "Sin of Righteousness" within us, from the two groups within us that love and trust in both, in both God and the world within us, that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us. The world of darkness within us, of "separation and difference" within us, of "arrogance, karma, and illusion" within us, the world of "desire for earth, women, and gold" within us, the world of "body, trick, and danger" within us, the "evil actions of kalam or time within us that lead us to the Kalan or the Angel of Death within us, to the "suffering of the grave" within us where we meet the 5 ruhanies or elemental spirits within us for the first time, to Qiyamah (the Standing Forth; the Day of Judgment) within us, where all of our body parts testify against us, before God within us, testifying about everything that we made them do, to 105 million rebirths within us, ending as a worm in hell within us with only 1 level of consciousness, or feeling, and to an eternal life of "separation from " God within us. The world of darkness within us, that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, that we can only avoid after we die if before we die to the "outside" of us, we transcend the "outside" of us, by successfully joining in partnership with God within us, and with the "Stuff of God" within us, which for this age means joining with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and with His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), both within us and on the "outside" of us, in this way, getting Their help to move into the 73rd group within us, the group within us which only loves and trusts in God within us, and to do all of this, this movement within us from the 71st and 72nd groups within us into the 73rd group within us before we die to the world on the "outside" of us. Amen. For as Bawa teaches us, in Chapter 01, Disciple: O Guru Swami, what is the world? Explain it to me. Guru: "O my eyes, the world is folly. It is a woman called Desire. That is the earth world". "Everything appearing on earth is maya (illusion). Woman are the four religions. Religious scriptures are the attachments of all creations. Gold is a creator of mischief". "There are 73 groups mixed within all human lives, entering the nerve, the skin, and the flesh as four kinds of destructive women". And with the 71st group being those who trust in God within us, but also trust in the world on the "outside" of us, with the 72nd group being those who love God within us, but also love the world, the world on the "outside" of us, and with the 73 group within us being the goal of our life, before we die to the "outside" of us, which is the group we must become a member of within us before we die to the world on the "outside" of us, which is the group within us who only love and trust in God within us, the group within us who are already living in heaven within us, even though they have not yet died to the "outside" of us, the group within us who are already living as "One with" God within us, and the group within us who will get an eternal life of "Oneness with" God when they do eventually die to the world on the "outside" of us. Amen. And this is the truth of us, my dearest loving brother Paul and sister Joan, these 73 groups within us, which God has personally placed within each of us to decide what we truly want, for the group that we end up in, before we die to the "outside" of us is what we truly want in our life, even though we may say otherwise. In this way, the justice of God within us is perfect, with each of us getting in the end exactly what we want, getting the house that we have built, and the crop we have sown, while living in the world on the "outside" of us, but getting it then, when we die to the "outside" of us, for eternity, ending up with either an eternal life of "Oneness with" God within us, or an eternal life "separation from" God within us. There is really no other choice, my dearest loving brother Paul and sister Joan, and the choice is ours, not God's, and "no choice" is still a choice, is a choice to continue to life the life of "separation and differences" that we are currently experiencing in our ignorance on the "outside" of us, until our time is up, until the agreement is over, and then within the justice of God we will get this same life for eternity, with hell being our eternal "separation from" God within us, which in truth is an eternal "separation from" the truth of us, which is the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us. Amen. May we all know this now, and start to act accordingly, and join in partnership with God within us to complete what God has started within us, a very long time ago, which is to reveal God to God within us, to answer God's question of God within us, the question, "Who am I?", for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us. Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen. Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen. Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen. Al-hamdu lillah. Allahu Akbar. So be it, So be it, Oh Ruler of the Universes. So be it, So be it, Oh The Most Merciful One. So be it, So be it, Oh The Most Compassionate One. All praise and praising belongs to God, and to God alone. Only God is Great. 10. The World of Judgment - is joining with God within us to destroy the "beast" within us with the "light of the soul" within us, after the "beast" emerges out of at least one of us and destroys the world on the "outside" of all of us And finally, to reprove the world) of judgment, because the prince of this world (of darkness) is judged.
